Born in 1966 in Sirsa, Haryana, Vinod Rawal grew up in a household where the value of honest work was lived daily — his mother a teacher, his father a man who spent his working life in the precincts of the courts. The foundation they laid was not one of material abundance, but of moral clarity and quiet discipline.
When he moved to Delhi in 1984, at the age of 18 years, to pursue Chartered Accountancy, it was with very limited means but a clear sense of direction. The early years in the city demanded patience, adjustment, and the kind of perseverance that only those who have truly started from scratch can understand. There were no shortcuts taken, no principles compromised.
"Circumstances may shape the beginning, but it is consistency and discipline that define the journey."
Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1988, he formally established V. Rawal & Co. in 1992 — a practice that would grow over three decades into a multi-disciplinary firm of national standing. More than the firm, what has been built is a reputation: for integrity, for rigour, and for placing the long-term interests of those he advises above all else.
The journey has been one of continuous expansion — not merely of practice, but of perspective. Law, international taxation, forensic compliance, artificial intelligence, cross-border advisory — each new domain approached with the same disciplined curiosity that has defined the whole.
Every milestone in this journey reflects a deliberate choice — to grow, to learn, and to serve with greater depth. This is not a biography of outcomes, but of commitments.
Raised in a modest middle-class family where education and integrity were the highest values. The seeds of discipline and purposeful living were sown in these early years.
With limited means and a resolve that more than compensated, he arrived in Delhi to pursue his calling. The years that followed were demanding — but they shaped the professional he would become.
After years of rigorous study and articleship, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India — the beginning of a professional identity built on exactness and ethics.
The formal establishment of V. Rawal & Co. as a Chartered Accountancy partnership firm in New Delhi — built on the depth of advisory and the steadiness of counsel. In practice, and growing, ever since.

A deliberate expansion into technology-driven audit and cross-border taxation. These qualifications positioned the practice at the intersection of digital compliance and global finance.
